2. The applicant will also submit the duly filled-in online application form along with a deposit slip of the prescribed fee in favor of NTS, a copy of CNIC, and two recent passport size photographs directly to NTS through courier on the address Plot No 96, Street No 4, H-8/1, Islamabad.
3. The application form should reach the NTS office the latest by the last date of submission of the Registration Form.
4. NTS will not be responsible for late receiving of Application Form through Courier / Pakistan Post etc.
5. After the creation of your user account, you do not need to register again. You can log in to continue with the application form.
6. After successful submission of the application form, Challan Form will be displayed.
